To open a new ORP account, please complete section 1.

Section 1: Fill Out and Return the Following Forms

• ORP – Authorization for Reduction of Employee Contributions *
• Pentegra 403(b) Enrollment Application
• Notice of Election to Participate in the ORP (TRS-28)*

Within the first 90 days, along with the ORP Authorization form, you must also visit the HR office (JCK) to fill out a TRS 28 form, or mail the completed original form to their office. Notary services are available with original copies only.

Please continue to section 2 if you already have an ORP account and would like to exchange or transfer that account into your new Pentegra account. 

Section 2: Fill Out and Return the Following Forms

• ORP Capital Transfer *
• ORP Change of Carrier *
• Pentegra 403(b) Exchange/Transfer Application
